Our speaker will be Jane Maulucci, The Reactive Voice, who will present Resilience:  Talking Back to the Voices in Your Head.

We all have those nagging little voices that tell us terrible things at the worst times; Jane will teach us how to take charge of them, talk back to them, and learn to laugh at the silly things they say. She’ll even give you tips on how to train them to start saying encouraging words and giving you an atta-girl when you need it most. If you are looking to make changes in your life, but something is holding you back, it could easily be the things you say to yourself. It’s time to get that chatter under control and have the life you desire.
