CWF member Linda Baugher Malone will be speaking on “The Top Ten Non-Tax Reasons to Have a Will.”
Linda is an attorney with Howard, Stallings, From, Atkins, Angell & Davis in New Bern, primarily focusing on estate planning, estate administration, taxation, and general business law. In addition to essential estate document preparation, Linda engages in complex estate planning, utilizing trusts and other vehicles to address business succession, tax concerns, Medicaid planning and family dynamics.
Linda also represents business clients, providing full-service support through the entire business lifecycle – from formation through mergers, acquisitions, or dissolutions. Additionally, she offers tax planning and representation services to both individuals and businesses, as well as trademark representation before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Linda is also a licensed North Carolina Certified Public Accountant.

If you made a reservation and cannot attend, please CANCEL your reservation (cwfdinner@gmail.com) no later than noon on the Sunday before the evening meeting and (cwflunch@gmail.com) no later than noon on the Monday before the lunch meeting or you will be responsible to cover the cost of your meal.
