Brooke White, MS, CSCS, CES
Brooke White is the owner of Sound Fitness on Trent Road in New Bern. She and her husband, Michael, moved to New Bern in 2014, and she purchased the gym in 2015. The gym was devastated in Hurricane Florence in 2018 and reopened in January 2020 after being in a temporary location for a year. She has been a personal trainer for 15 years, a cross-country/track coach for 10 years, and has a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance. She is a certified nutrition coach and has several fitness certifications, including Corrective Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, and Functional Movement Screen Specialist.
Brooke has been married to Michael for 32 years and has two adult children, Elise and Parker, and two grandchildren. She is also the proud fur-mom to Luna, her rescue dog, who is also the gym mascot.

Meal Cancellation Policy:
The final registration deadline is 5pm the Sunday before the meeting. For both the daytime and evening meetings, if you wish to receive a refund, the final cancellation deadline is 5pm the Sunday before the meeting.
All cancellation requests and meeting registration questions must be sent to the appropriate coordinator at CWFlunch@gmail.comor CWFdinner@gmail.com. If you have not canceled your registration by the deadline, you will NOT receive a refund or credit.
